The phrase “High Chet” is a popular Newari and Nepali expression, shouted loudly in excitement when a player cuts an opponent’s kite by snapping its string in the wind—similar to the celebratory “Kai Po Che” heard during kite festivals in India. In the game, you step into the sky for fast-paced kite battles, skillfully maneuvering your kite to outplay opponents in a colorful, festive atmosphere. Looks like we got a bit ahead of ourselves with the 1M+ downloads announcement 😅 After checking the console, it turns out we haven’t officially hit that mark yet — though we’re really close!
The Play Store is currently showing 500K+ downloads again, so there seems to be some inconsistency in the display. Stop playing, Google 😄
Either way, we’re pushing forward and hope to reach the 1M milestone very soon — this time for real, without any bugged counters.

We’re excited to share that the game has crossed 1 million+ downloads — thank you to all the Kite Fighters for your incredible support ❤️
However, due to high and unsustainable server costs, and with rewarded ads being our only source of monetization, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to remove the leaderboard and real-time database features from Firebase.
We are also currently facing some issues with uploading to Apple due to compliance requirements, and are working to resolve them as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your understanding. Our team is now focused on optimizations, along with new features, power-ups, and map updates to improve your overall experience.
